A typical parking lot that had not been consistently maintained.  Multiple cracks needs to be filled before the whole lot was resealed.  It is important to fill cracks every couple of years or soon depending on the traffic.

While it would have been easier to just fill the pot holes, in this case it would not have held.  Instead a small section was removed and new asphalt was installed, giving a better look and definitely more durability.
